Die Psychologie des Raisonnements hat bisher keine zureichende Beachtung gefunden. Das Raisonnement wurde nur als eine innersubjektive Reflexion oder als eine Beziehung zwischen dem Individuum und den gegebenen Sachen behandelt, nicht aber als ein weitgehend durch die gesellschaftliche Situation des Individuums begründetes Verhalten. Die Arbeit von H. will diesen Aspekt zur Diskussion stellen. H. unterscheidet das Raisonnement, das auf „sentiment“ und „passion“ beruht, von dem „raisonnement intellectuel“. Während letzteres nach den allgemeinsten logischen Grundprinzipien verfährt und dementsprechend Allgemeingültigkeit beansprucht, benutzt ersteres als Prämissen bestimmte Urteile und Anschauungen, die nur für einzelne Gruppen der Gesellschaft Gültigkeit haben, und wendet sie auf den individuellen Fall an. H. versucht, einige gesellschaftliche Charaktere dieses Raisonnements herauszuarbeiten. Erläutert wird die Unterscheidung der beiden Arten von Raisonnement an Hand von Paretos Begriff der nichtlogischen Handlung und durch die Kategorien der „résidus“ und „dérivats“.The psychology of reasoning (raisonnement) has not received special attention. Reasoning is analyzed only as inner subjective reflection or as a relationship between the individual and given subjects, not as an activity based largely on the social situation of the individual. This article discusses the latter aspect. H. differentiates reasoning based on „sentiment“ or „passion“ from „intellectual reasoning.“ The latter follows general logical principles and therefore lays claim to universal validity, whereas the former type has as its premises specific judgments and notions which are valid only for individual groups in society and it applies these premises to the individual case. H. seeks to work out certain social characteristics of the latter type. The distinction between the two sorts of reasoning is developed with the views of Pareto's concept of non-logical activity and the categories of „residues“ and „derivatives“.

La méthode psychoprophylactique d’accouchement sans douleur (MPP) se développe en URSS dans un contexte stalinien sur les principes de la médecine pavlovienne, définie officiellement lors de la « session pavlovienne » de 1950. En France, c’est la figure de Fernand Lamaze qui est associée à la promotion de l’accouchement sans douleur, après qu’il ait importé la MPP d’Union soviétique l’année suivante. D’abord soutenue par les organisations marxistes et le mouvement d’émancipation des femmes, elle sera ensuite contestée sous l’effet des transformations dans la gestion médicale de l’accouchement et des rivalités politiques de la guerre froide. L’article interroge les origines historiques, épistémologiques et politiques de la médecine pavlovienne. Il compare la réception du pavlovisme à l’Ouest et à l’Est en suivant le fil de l’histoire de l’accouchement sans douleur et les enjeux en France et en URSS d’une controverse dans laquelle médecine et politique s’entremêlent.

The memory and the oblivion are the two coordinates which define the cultural identity. In this context the history is the result of the interactions between these two coordinates. The paper presents the relationship between memory and oblivion, emphasizing the special role of the oblivion and also trying to diminish the categorical opposition between memory and oblivion. The history is the product of a selection process of information, a process which is intimately bound up with the dynamics of the two most important coordinates of the individual and national cultural identity.

My essay deals with two problems. First, I want to verify the possibility of a „non-metaphysical” perspective on Hegels writings and second, I want to answer the question „What kind of language is appropriate in order to express the speculative thought?”. I begin by discussing the Derrida’s view of Hegel as a metaphysician and then I try to give the alternative to his interpretation by analizing some pages fron Hegel’s Logic.

The paper propose an assemble of (un)conventional explanatory hypotheses regarding insufficiently known aspects of the genesis and evolution of the human language. The causes and mechanisms that justify the hypothesis of an original linguistic nucleus generating ethnic dialects later on have been studied here. These aspects, regarded from the interdisciplinary perspective of such sciences as semiotics and linguistics, neurology and biophotonics, psychosociology, logic and philosophy, are sustaining that the human language (word) history presupposes: an “iconicity phase” (naturalist theory), permitting an essentially motivated communication, and an “arbitrary phase” (conventionalist theory). The “Babel language” myth, for which the “power of the word” means an archetype of reference, has been selected as a symbolic frame in order to describe the stages through which the human language passes on its way from Nature (“language of living“) to Culture (“language of spiritual meanings“).
